Chicago Foundation for Women (CFW)
www.cfw.orgChicago Foundation for Women. An organization founded for the equality and empowerment of women. Thirdwave was engaged by our design partner, Kym Abrams Design to help re-engineer the cfw.org website. In addition, Thirdwave was tasked with making the new CFW website much easier to administer by existing CFW staff.
Thirdwave worked with KAD on the information architecture of the new site. In addition, Thirdwave validated the new user experience. The final solution included the implementation of the WordPress CMS platform with custom integration for CFW’s donor platform, Blackbaud. The redesigned site does not look like other WordPress sites built from purchased themes. It is truly a high fidelity implementation of the approved design comps, including mobile responsiveness.
