Tad was a long term independent contractor to Thirdwave since it's beginning, and in July of 2003, Thirdwave finally reccognized that they simply could not continue without his expertise. He specializes in html, css, dhtml, JavaScript, template creation either all div layout or standard table layout, image manipulation, video compression, content formatting, ADA browser compatibility, search engine visiblity and importation of XML data into html via JavaScript or ColdFusion. His love of photography has made him into the unofficial Thirdwave image historian.
