ResortQuest is the nation's leading vacation property management company and the largest marketer of vacation condominiums and home rentals in the U.S. and Canada with a portfolio of nearly 17,000 vacation rental properties and a combined real estate value estimated at approximately $7 billion.

Thirdwave teamed with Behavior Design to complete the redesign of the ResortQuest site.  The site is composed of five distinct areas: vacation rental with over 67 destination specific websites with booking capabilities, real estate with over 53 different websites of varying functionality, Exclusive Vacation Properties, a homeowner section with a password protected area that displays statements and bookings, and a travel trade site for travel agents.

Thirdwave implemented content management tools and created site-wide templates making it simple to make adjustments on a site by site basis.  The search feature of the site was also greatly improved.
