Thirdwave doesn't presume to know how your business operates.  Every application we develop is unique because the company it is developed for, the systems with which the application will interact, and most importantly the people that will be using the application, are all unique as well. They, perhaps, are a developer's greatest resource.  They are the ones who can explain the difference between the practical execution of, and the theory behind, a given business process - sometimes without knowing it.

Thirdwave diligently works through the initial discovery phase of development with our clients to ensure that a complete blueprint of an application results.  As the old carpenter's saying goes, "Measure twice, cut once."  Solid application planning is the first key to the quality of our service. 

Once we have the plans, we get to work.  As an application is built, and until it is implemented, our developers remain in direct contact with the client to maintain the level of communication established in discovery.  As we see it, this communication is the key to the quality of service Thirdwave provides.
