Uptime Guarantees:

Network Uptime ? We guarantee over 99.9% network availability. If a network downtime event occurs for more than 60 continuous minutes during any given month we will issue a service credit equal to one day of hosting for each such event.   This guarantee does not cover any network equipment or services not owned or controlled by Thirdwave.

Hardware Uptime ? We guarantee over 99% hardware availability. If any failed server hardware events occur, the hardware will be replaced within 6 hours of problem identification. If a hardware failure event occurs and Thirdwave does not resolve the issue within the 6-hour period we will issue a service credit equal to one day of hosting for each such event.
